What’s Coming Up At Disney

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is making a return this year to Disney World with new fun additions. There will be four new Magic Kingdom attractions that will be enhanced just for the holidays, in addition to Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks hosted by Minnie Mouse. You won’t want to miss this holiday special, starting in early November and lasting through December. On select event nights through December 1, DVC members save $10 per ticket to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Tickets start at $149.
Similar to Disney World, Disneyland Park will also be getting into the Christmas spirit. There will be a Christmas Fantasy Parade where you can see your favorite Disney characters join Santa as they parade through the park. In addition, there will be a “Believe…In Holiday Magic” festive firework spectacular. Lastly, Haunted Mansion and It’s a Small World will be decked out with holiday spirit.

September 2022’s average DVC resale price per point was $136.23, while September 2021’s average was $130.73. In contrast, October 2022’s average DVC resale price per point was $125.79, while September 2021’s average was $127.20.
Multiple factors can ultimately affect the asking price per point for each sale. DVC resale prices are still increasing according to the average resale price per point for 2022. It is important to keep in mind that not every contract will sell at or above the average; it varies from case to case.
