The Disney Vacation Club Orlando resorts also allow owners to enjoy the enchantment of Walt Disney World every year on their vacation. Disney Vacation Club Orlando Resorts

Overview of Disney Vacation Club Orlando Resorts

Each DVC resort in Orlando is unique and offers its own perks. Whether it’s proximity to the parks or one-of-a-kind amenities, each resort offers a memorable vacation for guests. Let’s chat about what each resort offers, their transportation options, their 2023 annual dues, as well as how many points they cost per night.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of the most unique resorts on Walt Disney Property, if not the world! Guests can enjoy views of the Savanna from their DVC villas’ balconies. This means that you might catch incredible views of exotic animals walking past during your stay. Animal Kingdom Lodge also offers fine dining restaurants that serve authentic African cuisine, as well as quick service options with more options for even the pickiest of eaters. DVC members can either stay in the resort’s main building, Jambo House, or in Kidani Village which only offers Animal Kingdom villas. Since Jambo House is the main hub of the resort, you will find more amenities there, but all guests can access Jambo House by shuttle or by a walkway.

Transportation is key when staying at one of the Disney Vacation Club resorts in Orlando. This is because the Walt Disney World Resort is spread out over about 25,000 acres. Animal Kingdom Lodge may seem a bit secluded from the rest of the DVC resorts, which some guests find to be its biggest perk. Because of this distance, Animal Kingdom Lodge offers Disney resort buses as its main mode of transportation. Guests can use ride-share services like Disney’s Minnie Vans or Uber.
