Booking Flights with RCI Travel
RCI Travel is RCI’s program that gives members the opportunity to save even more on car rentals, airfare and hotel stays. However, in order to become an RCI member and use RCI Travel, you must first own a timeshare. If you are already a member, RCI says you can log in to your account, and while booking your vacation, view rental car and airline options.

RCI is the largest vacation exchange network and is owned by Wyndham Destinations. The exchange network has an extensive list of resorts in its catalog with members taking trips from Orlando to Beijing.
With a presence in 110 countries and a nation of 3.8 million members, RCI is a travel exchange giant. It works by depositing your Points or Weeks into their network and then using your points to book time at another resort in the network. The amount of points your timeshare is worth depends on the location (e.g. Hawaii), frequency of availability (e.g. annual), size of the unit (e.g. three bedrooms) and time of usage (e.g. summer), among other things.
Can RCI Points Be Used For Flights?
With RCI Points membership, you can use your points for discounts on airfare and flight tickets with RCI Points Partner companies. What’s more, you can book air tickets with as little as three days’ notice, making last-minute vacations as easy as ever. Choose from over 300 air carriers around the globe.
RCI Points members can use up to 33 percent of their points or 25,000 points (whichever is greater) for discounts on booking. According to RCI, in order to access airfare, car rentals, or hotel stays, you have to use your member login to access RCI Travel. RCI works with 300 airline partners to bring its members deals on flights so that members can exchange their points for airfare. Additionally, points may be used to discount flight costs.

How to Use RCI Points for Flights
If you’re not already an RCI member through your affiliated resort, you’re missing out on countless benefits and perks to take advantage of. While you’re booking your vacation or exchanging your timeshare through RCI Travel, you can also purchase airline tickets. For complete flight information, login to RCI Travel or contact an RCI representative.
- Once you select a unit and dates you would like to reserve, there are options to book flights, car rentals, and more while you are checking out online RCI.com.
- If you already booked your trip on RCI.com and haven’t purchase flight tickets or booked a car rental yet, you can go to the “My Vacation Plans” page and click on the “Confirmed” tab to locate your booked vacation. From there, you will be able to find the option “Add Air/Car.”
- If you aren’t booking a vacation through RCI and just need standalone travel services, you can click on the “Air, Car, Cruise & More menu.
Airlines that are available for booking through RCI include American Airlines, Delta, United, Spirit, British Airways, and more.
