On December 5th, Walt Disney’s birthday, the construction walls are coming down to reveal the World Celebration Neighborhood. The World Celebration Festival Gardens boast seasonal gardens with lush green spaces to enjoy. According to Disney World, the Dreamers Point section is where guests can “behold live entertainment in a picturesque viewing area that celebrates dreamers – like Walt Disney himself.” The Walt the Dreamer statue will be there along with lush gardens, musical performances, and festival fun.
In addition, the new EPCOT firework show Luminous: The Symphony of Us will officially debut! The CommuniCore Hall and Plaza will not be opening on December 5th and there is still no news on their expected opening date.

November 2023 Average DVC Resale Price By Contract Size
It’s important to note that the size of the contract you purchase can affect the price per point. Surprisingly, sometimes a larger contract is cheaper than a smaller one, while at other times, a smaller contract can be cheaper than a larger one. To give you a better idea of how contract sizes affect prices, here’s a look at the average DVC resale price per point in November 2023 for contracts under 100 points, between 100 and 200 points, as well as over 200 points. However, these are just averages, so the prices fluctuate from contract to contract.

Disney Vacation Club resale prices can fluctuate both between resorts and from one month to the next. While some resorts have seen a dip in prices since last month, others have experienced a rise. It’s important to keep these variations in mind when planning to buy or sell.
There are certain factors that can impact the price per point in each contract. One thing to consider is the location of the resort. The more popular the resort, the higher the price per point. After all, everybody wants a piece of the action. However, if you’re looking for a more affordable option, you might want to consider less popular resorts that offer more reasonable prices. DVC Use Year and the number of points available also affect the price. Remember, a little bit of research goes a long way in finding the perfect timeshare or selling your DVC points at the right price.
