SALE PRICE is $0!!This furnished queen efficiency condominium features an open layout with a Queen Murphy bed (some with standard queen beds), kitchenette, full bath, living & dining area & cable TV. It is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home including dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, microwave, dishware & cookware you need to enjoy your stay. Please note that bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed and will be allocated upon check-in. The unit sleeps two. Free parking for one vehicle is available on site.The unit is for sale at a cost of ZERO dollars. Maintenance fees (currently $436) are paid for the year 2025. We have owned this unit since 2009. We no longer have a need for it.ABOUT THE KIMBALL CONDOMINIUMS--Salt Lake's ONLY True Timeshare! The Kimball is located right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City directly across from Temple Square, The Latter-day Saints Family History Library, and the LDS Conference Center. Within walking distance of The Kimball is the LDS Church Genealogy Library, the new Harmon's Grocery Store, Trax Light Rail System and an abundance of restaurants, theaters and malls such as the new City Creek shopping center. Honestly, The Kimball's location simply cannot be beat. UNIT SIZES--This Queen Efficiency is approximately 330 square feet . Each unit is slightly different in layout because of the uniqueness of our historic building, so no exact floor plans are available to show you the layouts. All of the units have been carefully designed with the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen. SALES PRICE/BUY-IN PRICE--The buy-in price you pay ($0) is a one-time investment in ownership at The Kimball and allows you a full week of vacation every year either at The Kimball or can be exchanged for another resort destination (more on exchanges below!). After the buy-in investment, all you pay annually for your ownership is a yearly maintenance fee. Buying a timeshare at a place you enjoy visiting frequently makes travel more affordable and convenient. MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF OWNERSHIP:Floating Time The Kimball operates on a floating time basis. Floating time means you are NOT locked into the same timeshare week, season, or time of year every year you want to visit. As a Kimball owner, you can come when you want and vacation anytime of the year that works for you. And you can split your week, too! Kimball owners may break their week into two 3-day/4-day visits and use one of those split over a weekend. So you can come twice in the year if you prefer! Owners can book up to 54 weeks in advance. When you break up your week a small cleaning fee will apply for your second stay and will range from $22 to $40 per stay depending on the size unit you are in.Upgrades We also offer our owners the ability to upgrade your room size prior to your visit. Within 21 days of your scheduled stay you may call to see if an upgrade in room size can be made. Upgrades are based upon availability and they are $10/night per upgrade size. For example, if you own a studio week and choose to upgrade to a one-bedroom, you will pay $10 a night extra for your stay. If you upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, you will pay $20 a night. Upgrades to a two-bedroom from a studio would be $30 a night.Bonus Time Bonus Time is a program we created for our owners to offer an unlimited amount of vacation time on a space available basis without it counting against your regular time. You can book any size unit within 21 days or less of your stay and enjoy unbeatable nightly rates. Current Bonus Time Rates are (2-night minimum):Studio $70/night 1 Bedroom $80/night 1 Bedroom Suite $85/night 2 Bedroom $90/nightAs a deeded unit, the property will be transferred through the Kimball. Transfer fees/costs of $220 will be paid for by the buyer, directly to the Kimball.
