Quarter House is located on Chartres Street, about midway between Canal and Iberville Streets, two blocks from the entertainment section of Bourbon Street. Within easy walking distance are Jackson Square, Harrah's Casino, the Riverfront, the French Market, and scores of restaurants and taverns that have made New Orleans one of the top destinations in the US.Unit 310 sleeps up to four but would be better for a couple. It has one bedroom, one bath, a living/dining area, and a partial kitchen (no oven).This is an annual fixed week in Unit 310 with a Friday start. Week 52 is Sugar Bowl Week, meaning it starts on the last Friday of the year. Sometimes there is a Week 53 (i.e., 53 Fridays in the year). In that case, you can take Week 53 by paying an additional maintenance fee. However, when there is a Week 53, it will be Christmas Week and come before Week 52. (Remember, Week 52 is always Sugar Bowl Week.)Quarter House is very good at entertaining in-house exchanges, depending of course on availability of weeks to exchange to. Don't expect to get Mardi Gras!Quarter House has no parking facilities. Parking is in commercial garages or hotels. Wyndham has a contract for parking with the Wyndham Hotel ($36/night w/in-out). Do not bring a vehicle into the French Quarter if you can avoid it.Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM. No smoking. Small dogs are permitted with a non-refundable payment for cleaning.Maintenance fees for 2025 were billed on November 11, 2024 and paid on November 13, 2024.Buyer will pay closing costs, estimated at $750 if LT Transfers is used to do the closing.
