Owner Remarks

Looking to rehome our two GTL Every Other Year floating weeks. One is a floating summer season biannual even year, two bedroom lock off Unit 0214 week 38 even bought when GTL was a mostly still only a hole in the ground in 1999 and the other is a floating spring / fall season 2 bedroom lock off Unit 0813 week 45 alternating odd years bought in 2019.We exchanged these units through Interval starting as unit specific trades and then transitioning to the point system when we purchased the second in 2019. Both Interval systems have served us well allowing us to go to Hawai’i at least 20 times along with Mexico and other beach destinations to escape the winter snow.In honesty, we bought the first unit when we lived on the front range so we had a nice, heated underground day-use parking space to ski Breck and our trade out ability was a huge bonus. We have aged out of this style of vacation as we approach retirement and hence the desire to sell. Annual dues are paid for the year and use / points will be available for 2025 as we have already exchanged the 2024 unit for points in II.Asking $1,000 separately or $1,500 for both with closing costs being split.
