The staff and location are THE BEST!!! The Manager is very hands-on and is out and about talking to staff and guests all the time. Requests are quickly and very graciously taken care of.Carlsbad Inn is across the street from the beautiful, big beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The villas are kept up to date and very comfortable.Carlsbad Inn is across the street from restaurants and shopping and THE DAILY NEWS CAFE (the best breakfasts!) and the Mexican restaurant and the ice cream sandwich shop and clothing shops are steps away from the check-in parking lot.Of all the 12-weeks of timeshares we have owned (Kaua’i, Lake Tahoe & Carlsbad) we will miss Carlsbad Inn staff and location the most.*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer**Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*
