The unit is DEEDED -- an important advantage over RTU units if the resort is ever sold.End-to-end reservations for the Master and Lock-Off Guest Suites have been made for the weeks of July 21 and July 28, 2025 as summer inventory was being depleted. The 2025 maintenance fee is not included in the asking price and must be paid to use the reservations. The two reservations can also be changed for other available dates, sold on Redweek to apply towards the maintenance fee, or returned to the seller who is willing to pay the 2025 maintenance fee and keep the reservations.
