The Villas at Disneyland Hotel is located in the fourth tower of the resort. Drawing inspiration from animation, the Villas incorporate elements of art and contemporary designs throughout their decor.

The Villas at the Disneyland Hotel is NOW OPEN! It opened on September 28, 2023. It is the sixteenth Disney Vacation Club resort and the second resort in California.

Disney Vacation Club members also love DVC because of the incredible themed accommodations. These accommodations are spacious and provide the perfect home base during your trip to Disneyland Park, Downtown Disney District, and Disney California Adventure Park. There are 344 rooms with five different room types. Here is everything you need to know about the various room types at this DVC property.
Room Types
Duo studios sleep two guests and follow a “Jungle Book” theme. Each duo studio features a kitchenette. You get the bare necessities in the duo studios!
The deluxe studios sleep up to four guests. If you stay in a deluxe studio there are two themes, “Sleeping Beauty” or “Princess and the Frog.” Similar to the duo studios, each deluxe studio boasts a kitchenette.
Sleeping up to five guests, the one-bedroom villas at Disneyland Hotel offer total luxury. They boast a full kitchen with all the cookware, a full washer and dryer, as well as a living area. Rooms are inspired by “Princess and the Frog” or “Fantasia.”
The two-bedroom villas also have a full-size kitchen, living rooms, and laundry facilities, but boasts two bedrooms. A two-bedroom villa sleeps up to nine guests and is themed “Princess and the Frog” or “Fantasia.”
For guests who want more space, the three-bedroom grand villas provide just that. The three-bedroom grand villas sleep up to 12 guests. They feature all the amenities of the other villas on the first floor plus on the second floor there is a two-story window, a private outdoor balcony, a spiral staircase, and a double-sided fireplace. The grand villa en suite bathrooms are inspired by “Frozen” or “Moana” and the primary suite is “Bambi”-themed.
Villas at Disneyland Hotel DVC Tower Amenities
Disneyland Hotel is filled with one-of-a-kind amenities. Nearby the new tower is the Palette Pool area. As the name implies, this new pool is shaped like a painting palette. It also has a Steamboat Willie splash pad, perfect for children. The splash pad is inspired by the boat in the Walt Disney Animation Studios short. At night the splash pad transforms from black-and-white into full color.
Additional Disneyland amenities include a fitness center, Mickey Spa, whirlpools, two monorail waterslides, an E-Ticket pool, a D-Ticket pool, Tenaya Stone Spa, room service, two retail stores, Wi-Fi and so much more.
Dining Opportunities
If you want to dine at Villas at Disneyland you have plenty of options. At the Palette Pool, there is a new Palm Breeze bar that serves refreshing drinks and snacks. In the morning you can enjoy a fabulous breakfast with coffee at the Coffee House. Goofy’s Kitchen offers a delicious buffet created by Chef Goofy and his friends. Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill offers island-inspired dishes and cocktails. Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar boasts American food for lunch and dinner. Plus, if you order specialty drinks the whole room comes alive with unique effects.

Villas at Disneyland Hotel DVC Resale Restrictions
The original 14 Disney Vacation Club resorts are the only resorts where resale owners can exchange their points to stay at other resorts. If you buy off the resale market at Disney’s Riviera Resort at Walt Disney World you can only stay there. Similar to Disney’s Riviera Resort, the Villas at Disneyland Hotel follows these restrictions unless you purchase directly from Disney. (There is a minimum of 150 vacation points required.)
If I Own a Disney Vacation Club Resale, Can I Use My Points at Villas at Disneyland Hotel?
In simple terms, no. If you have bought all of your points off of the resale market, you can not stay at Villas at Disneyland Hotel. If you own all direct or buy a minimum of 150 points directly from DVC, then you can trade to stay at Villas at Disneyland Hotel. For example, DVC members who own at Grand Floridian in Walt Disney World off the resale market can’t trade to stay at Villas at Disneyland Hotel. On the other hand, owners who have purchased their Grand Floridian timeshare directly from Disney Vacation Club can trade Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
