Great golf resort, multiple golf greens, no golf included in this sale. View of Lagoon, 2nd floor. Resort is located out of the main Cabo San Lucas town but very easy to get to any place you want. access to other great resorts like Nobu and, Hard Rock in the area and shopping. Several great restaurants on premises, recommend reservations. Major grocery stores in close proximity, or order your groceries before you get there.Included on the property a HUGE man made salt water lagoon with water park for the kids. You can ride paddle boats, kayaks, SUP on lagoon. Pickleball and gym also on property. Very secluded property with great security. Has a lock off unit with one BR 2 Queen beds, kitchenette and full bath and balcony - to rent or use. Easy access to toll road and airport. So many great amenities at this resort. No access to beach at this resort.If you have any questions, please reach out. No maintenance fee required if you decide to for go your year, but one fee is required every 4 yrs.
